We are always seeking talented, engaged people to fill a variety of positions. Positions we commonly hire for include professional, technical, and manufacturing jobs.
Professional / Technical
We offer many professional and technical career tracks for our members, ranging from food safety, human resources, and finance to engineering.
Manufacturing / Operations
With five manufacturing sites in West Michigan, we offer opportunities at all skill levels and a range of disciplines that include entry-level roles, skilled trades, engineering, and management.
Education is critical to continued growth and development. That is why we seek to engage the minds and inspire the hearts of aspiring professionals through a variety of internship opportunities and summer work programs.
Summer Work Program
Roskam is proud to offer seasonal employment through our Summer Work Program to students looking to gain manufacturing work experience during the summer. Summer Work Program manufacturing positions are offered to students 18 and older, before beginning employment and currently attending or enrolled in a college or university for the upcoming fall.
Our internship program is one way to get to know Roskam from the inside and immerse yourself in our business. You will gain hands-on involvement in real and impactful projects that will build your professional and technical skills. It will also help you decide if your potential career is right for you, making Roskam internships a great job for students in college.
Roskam aligns with veteran organizations to help veterans bridge the employment gap between military experience and transition into the civilian workforce. Together with our partners, we create opportunities for unemployed and underemployed veterans in the West Michigan community.
Roskam acknowledges the commitment you have made to your country. We recognize how your military experience provides exceptional knowledge and skills, both of which are directly transferable to civilian careers and invaluable to our organization.
Veteran-Friendly Employer Programs
We are proud to be a 2021/2022 silver-level employer in the Veteran-Friendly Employer Program sponsored by the Michigan Veteran Affairs Agency (MVAA).
